The goal of this blog is to create a place where authors can find information they need for writing, such as when doorknobs were invented, did couches exist in this time frame, what it feels like to withdraw on certain drugs, or to go through certain mental illnesses. I want authors to use this, and submit to it if they have anything to add. The point is to put the information together in a place that is easily navigated.

Hey, got anything on burning and/or inceneration of a corpse (or living man) and drowning (salt water and fresh water), and the level of pain per certain injuries such as whether an acid burn hurts more than a pencil into the thigh as an example.

Hi do you have anything on being stabbed in the lower torso, blade was ripped out, all vital organs were missed, how long would that take to heal if the wound was cauterized? Thanks in advance.
